Total Connect have been appointed to manage the IT and telephones for a national real estate agency.

After the in house IT manager left, the move to an outsource IT model was considered to increase reliability and depth of knowledge.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, this agency required a single provider to manage IT services and Voice. Experience in national IT management along with national VoIP experience was critical. After a thorough evaluation the company selected Total Connect to manage the roll out of various additional Microsoft Servers for new sites and to provide a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
